Cockroaches and very bad customer service, do not book your stay here
Negative: We booked for 6 nights and needed to move out on the second day in the middle of the night due to cockroaches.
We reported the cockroaches on their so-claimed “emergency number” (the emergency number is only the check-in agent who couldn’t do anything or help us in any way shape or form) so we had move out immediately.
We asked for a full refund since brown banded cockroaches are one of the 4 cockroach types which are categorized as pests but the owner refused, so we lost about 400€. Very bad customer service, the owner offered us to stay in the apartment and sleep with the cockroaches, the whole thing was just surreal, making our stay in Barcelona very bitter.
